- Extension Associate Sr, New York State Integrated Pest Management Program (NYS IPM)
Senior extension associate responsible for facilitation, development, coordination and implementation of New York State cooperative extension livestock and field crop IPM (LFC/IPM) outreach programs; Collaboate with Cornell faculty, Cooperative extension personnel and others to address needs associated with multi-county and regional CCE program planning and impact documentation, evaluation of pest management concepts and techniques, collaborate and conduct applied research to fill IPM information needs, develop IPM educational programs, materials and reports; consult and coordinate with IPM advisory committees, faculty, extension personnel and end-users to facilitate adoption of IPM methods for dairy, poultry, other livestock, and field and forage crops. Collaborate with agencies, organizations, faculty and extension personnel to develop proposals that address IPM research and or outreach needs. Collaborate with Area LFC/IPM Extension educator in eastern NY. NYS IPM Program "Department Extension Leader".

- Extension and outreach activities to enhance understanding of various livestock and field crop pests leading to improvements of IPM information and management techniques and practices, increasing livestock and field crop IPM awareness and adoption regarding effective, efficient, environmentally and economically sound approaches to avoid or mitigate pest problems while protecting human health and the environment.
- Responsible for statewide: facilitation, development, coordination and implementation of livestock and field crop IPM (LFC/IPM) programs; address needs associated with multi-county and regional CCE program planning and impact documentation, evaluation of pest management concepts and techniques, collaborate and conduct applied research to fill IPM information needs, develop IPM educational programs, materials and reports; consult and coordinate with IPM advisory committees, faculty, extension personnel and end-users to facilitate adoption of IPM methods for dairy, poultry, other livestock, and field and forage crops. Collaborate with agencies, organizations, faculty and extension personnel to develop proposals that address IPM research and or outreach needs
